Ok So I made a post about a week ago about mono colored commanders. Which I asked what FUN, but strong commanders people recommended. I was aiming for that. Cause I already have the mainstay mana rocks needed for most mono colored decks.
Though some tried to help, and I thank them for trying. They kinda missed the point, (My Fault Though). Special thanks to PookandPie who did the largest portion of the suggestions.
What I was aiming for was something that could win, doesn't need to be consistently. I just wanted it to be fun and maybe steal a win here and there. Bonus points if it's strong even on a budget (which is why I do mono and a 2 color deck. Because having a 100$+ mana base is kind of annoying to my budget mindset)
I also didn't really state what I DON'T like. Which would probably help. (once again, my fault)
Land destruction: it's just kind of an honor rule (the only one left really)
Stax: I know "Teferi stax" is strong, I just don't like making everybody miserable. Then no one wants to play with me, I play this game to be social... so I'd rather not be hated immediately.
Those are the two Big ones people should know about. (Didn't mention them before, my bad)
I DO like
Blue: Stealing stuff, bouncing peoples stuff, and weird but fun combos. Maybe only one insta-win combo.
Black: stealing stuff, some graveyard cheese, mid-range good stuff. I was leaning more towards things like Gonti, Lord of Luxury, or King Macar, the Gold-Cursed, or Balthor the Defiled.
Green: Rampy/Stompy/Toolbox I think these can be a lot fun. Even though they're pretty simple.
White: a token army of dooom, boardwipes and group cheese like Odric, Lunarch Marshal

Suggest and Vote for Cool/Fun/Powerful mono colored commanders that aren't Red or Stax

Couple of suggestions:
For white tokens, Darien, King of Kjeldor. You take damage and turn it into an army. Plus there are pleanty of cards that boost those simple tokens. Personally, I run a Radiant, Archangel for monowhite which is a lot of fun. Make sure everything has flying, then just keep dropping evasive creatures.
For Green: Omnath, Locus of Mana is a ramp commander where you can fit it a lot of fun things. If your interested in something a little different, Yisan Chord is great if you want to work towards pulling free creatures from your deck at instant speed.
For Black: Geth, Lord of the Vault is the first thing that jumps to mind. Lots of boardwipes, killspells and ramp, then reanimate what you need.

If you're into stealing stuff there is always Thada Adel, Acquisitor, Ramp like a boss by getting everyons Sol Rings or Mana Vaults. Throw in some bounce and other theft cards and you're good to go (not sure about combos with her, though)

Thank you, These are way more what I was looking for. Don't worry Unlife The point is to suggest things, Geth has been recommended along with Yisan, but I've had yet to receive someone pointing me at Omnath, or Darien, both are interesting choices. Also Cmasa435, Thada is the kind of thing I'm looking for. Interesting and fun commanders with cool potential. I'm gonna write these all down and see what else gets Recommended/Voted, while I do research.

I run a fun graveyard deck with Balthor the Defiled. It can be crazy explosive but you really need a ton of ramp for it to be good. Also lots of graveyard hate so only you get the benefit. I run Chainer, Dementia Master as a backup if I just want to ride the value train.
I second Darien, King of Kjeldor. I think he actually gives me the most consistent wins of any commander I run. Very easy to go from a boardwipe to an army of 7/7's in a turn.
I myself am currently building Omnath, Locus of Mana which looks really fun.
And lastly for some shameless promotion, check out this mono-blue deck I made that people hate: I want all the things!

(Shameless self-promotion) I play (and won this week) with a goofy budget Yisan, the Wanderer Bard list. It's got elves, +1/+1 counter synergies, beasts, and archers. Yes, archers. 'Cuz who doesn't need a little Legolas now and again? It's got toolbox, it's got stompy, and it's fun to build, since you have to focus so much on CMC. It doesn't always win, and I had to rebuild my board 3 times at our kitchen table, but in the end, I Overwhelming Stampeded Zur the Enchanter and Overrun took care of the sliver deck. Might have benefitted from Soul of New Phyrexia. Good luck!

I keep getting recommendations for Yisan. But I'm not a huge fan of the verse counters (because, I'm not entirely informed). My concern is that his ability limits his real toolbox-y-ness, because it doesn't search for things lower than his current verse counters (As far as I know).

Sorry for the double post, but I remembered another interesting thief type commander for you to look at. Yasova Dragonclaw lets you steal your opponents creatures for the low low price of , which you can then use to beat your opponents face in. Sadly, they go back at end of turn. But that's why you run sac outlets to get max value out of their creatures, you cant really get more cheeky than sacing their stuff and pinging them for one with goblin bombardment (only after smashing them in the face with the that creature, of course). Temur colors so lots of ways you could take the deck. Main downside with her is that you can only take stuff with power less than hers (so less than 4 to start out with) but there are MANY ways to beef her up so she can nab basically any creature on the board

Sorry Cmasa435 I've been looking into making a Yasova deck. I just don't want my mono colour mana staples like caged sun, and stuff from a monoblack deck I'm dissembling to make this one, to go to waste. That and a 3 colour mana base can get expensive fast.

Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant can be a fun commander for a token deck, especially if you can get out a lot of aggressive vigilance and lifelink creatures. If you're willing to go way out there, some sort of Taniwha phasing tribal, where you bounce the entire board while your stuff is phased out. Empress Galina can be a strong blue steal-stuff commander, but she might get hated out.

The point behind a Yisan deck is to create a path, where you pick out a series of ascending CMC to build value - but you can also veer from the path if you need something else (like Reclamation Sage). So he's not a universal tutor, but if you had a universal creature tutor, it would be way too good and get hated out or banned. Also, Yisan's verse counters drop off when he goes to the command zone, so you get reset a lot - I cast Yisan 4 times in the game last weekend, and started singing from 1. I don't think I ever got him to over 6, but I had enough ramp, that I was casting the big guys from my hand. It's also helpful to have, say, a ramp card at each CMC on the early ones if you need it. I've got 4 at 1cmc, 2 at 2cmc, 2 at 3cmc and 1 at 4cmc.

Ok, I'm just not really sure if I would like it, I may just have to try it for myself. I was personally thinking of Yeva, Nature's Herald or something a little different. I'll try designing a deck for him, see if I like the idea.

Yeva was actually the original lead for the deck. The flash was fun, but boardwipes really messed me up, without a way to quickly rebuild (like Yisan). Or I might try to get some more indestructible, like Soul of New Phyrexia. Here's my Yeva list, budget around $75:

Thalia, Guardian of Thraben or Linvala, Keeper of Silence are the commanders I use for my Death and Taxes, and if you get the right hand you can create a quick death for your enemy, earliest Ive done it is about turn 6 or 7

They all look like fun. The ones that stand out to me are Darien, Balthor and Rune-Tail. Not just because of what their builds look like right now but I think they have the most potential. I'm not a big a fan of the Yisan build, but I thinks that's more personal taste.
Also Leyline of the Void for balthor and Anointed Procession for darien

Ok, fair. I will admit these are just mock ups, stuff to get a feel for what the commanders use. The budget isn't really past $200 though.

I have a fun Jalira, Master Polymorphist deck which has been a work in progress for some time and still is. It does fun blue things that you might like though, stealing/copying your opponents stuff, turning tokens into fatties at the push of a button, a little countermagic of course. She's fragile but get her to stick to the board and the fun begins, therein lies the pretty average win %age you are looking for. Plus it is budget friendly and upgradeable.
