Mono-Blue Horsemanship Infect in need of suggestions

Hi Everyone,
I am currently working on building a sun quon, lord of wu infect deck, Sun Quan, Lord of Wufect and I'm having trouble figuring out good options to include. I was thinking I would need a lot of card draw options as well as a lot of counter options. I am reasonably certain this deck will draw hate and will need to be able to have counters ready to go most of the time. I am looking for any reasonably priced options for this deck. Card draw, combat tricks, protection, mana base, counter spells, and anything else that you can suggest.

Maybe get some stuff to make your infect creatures land their hits easier. Stuff in blue like Levitation and Archetype of Imagination and Akroma's Memorial will give them all flying so that can help deal that fatal infect hit later in the game and if you do run it then maybe Favorable Winds could be another addition. Other stuff that could be good would be Spectral Flight and Arcane Flight that give a single creature flying as well as a bonus to their power/toughness. Lastly since you are running blue make sure to run Cyclonic Rift to open up your opponents to that fatal blow and run a counterspell package to protect your boys from anything you think will be too dangerous.

Also maybe use cards like Propaganda and Monastery Siege selecting dragons so your opponents get taxed on trying to attack or target you. Then just some good blue card draw like Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora and Windfall to try and dig for your important cards. Also note that you have some decent tutor cards available to you like Merchant Scroll and Mystical Tutor available to you.
