I’m trying to make a rat deck with 30 Relentless Rats and was hoping for a way to get a lot of them from my hand into play. I have Thrumming Stone to do it from my library, but I want to be able to do it from my hand as well as a backup. Any suggestions?

There a card that does enable such a thing but it's in green unfortunately it's called Tangleroot

But for the mean time think about ways to do it from the grave. Discard your massive hand you created from Secret Salvage with Dark Deal and bring them back with Patriarch's Bidding

You could go with a Golgari commander and then use Aluren, as free at instant speed is always great.

Adding green will also give you access to some overrun abilities and Concordant Crossroads for Haste.

Urza's Incubator will reduce cost to 2. Not great but there's another option.

goodair that is the coolest card I have never heard of.

SynergyBuild Its a terrible card in all formats except for the 2 rats and shadowborns that just abuse it. Always wanted to make a Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord rat deck that utilizes that combo, but never got around to it.

Cloud Key gets them all to be one mana, as does Herald's Horn, and cards like Crypt Ghast help too. Secret Salvage also helps.
