Mogis good of slaughter??

What is the general thoughts on/about Mogis, God of Slaughter ? I see on EDHREC the suggested cards look great but how does he and the enchantment hate cards pan out specially when most of them.either destroy all lands, pay life to cast stuff and double damage effects. Is he strictly multiplayer or can you get him to be good at 1v1??. Also not to mention it hurts you too not just your opponent and by that i mean the land effects and life affects. What creatures to run if any? Because it seems like everything suggested on EDHREC is almost all enchantment based.

He is an interesting one. The style of deck generally played with him is called group slug and it is best summed up by Manabarbs . Most of the deck hurts everyone, even you. It is a strategy less about winning and more about just doing anything to keep the game moving forward. Every little thing everyone does will hurt them. It is spectacularly hilarious. My Divine Decree is a variation on it but having a god that almost can't be removed in the command zone is great too.
Some of the best creatures with this strategy are Dire Fleet Ravager , Rampaging Ferocidon , Zo-Zu the Punisher , Heartless Hidetsugu , Kaervek the Merciless , Gray Merchant of Asphodel , and Harsh Mentor .

It just seems soooooooo mana heavy alot of 4 and 5 drops and even with mana rocks I feel like there's alot for disruption to it. That and lots of decks can just "ramp out of it" and creature heavy decks?? What about the great removal package of the two colors??

Well it runs a few Enchantment spells that destroy creatures upon entering

I've played against a creature less mogis deck with all of the hate and its brutal. If you try to play a creature deck against it you'll lose.
