does my deck have enough mana and what cards are worth adding (it is a budget deck so nothing expensive)deck

25 lands is not going to be nearly enough. You probably need to run at least 36, along with around 10 forms of ramp. As far as the rest of it goes, it doesn't look like you're trying to do anything really complex; just going aggro. It may work for you, but you may find you run out of gas quick, too. But if that's the way you're going, have at it!
