Due to the cost of shadow born apostle, that cost is minus from the total, so every other card including the commander has to cost $50 or less Thanks to anyone who can do that. Also I would prefer it doesn't steer away from the main mechanic

keeping that commander? obviously need black but you could change commander to anything + black. next mana base for <$50 means almost all basic lands, you will save a ton of money that way. look up demons on tcgplayer and order by cost youll find fun demons for cheap prices. drop his tutors but grab ones like diabolic tutor. not great but good enough or skip tutors entirely as youll be running the apostle.

Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker while not black/white is like $9.00 cheaper and a better commander for a Shadowborn deck imo.

Archfiend of Depravity, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled, Halo Hunter, Overseer of the Damned, Desecration Demon, Demon of Wailing Agonies, Demonlord of Ashmouth, Shadowborn Demon, and Bloodgift Demon are all budget demons. Demon of Dark Schemes would work well for a shadowborn deck.
