Looking for more cards like Knowledge Pool Ravnica Allegiance Spoilers

After seeing the new Lavinia from Ravnica Allegiance, I decided I want to build a deck around her. If you havent seen her yet:

Anyway, the key part is that our OPPONENTS can't cast spells for free. So I'm looking for anything that lets each player cast things for free, since Lavinia will make it so only I get the benefit. WIth Knowledge Pool, you lock your opponents out from ever casting spells again. Eye of the Storm does this for instant/sorceries, etc. So what are some cards that let each player cast things for free?
Omen Machine will provide another lock, preventing your opponents from drawing any cards while letting you cast cards for free.

You know you'd think after Leovold, Emissary of Trest they'd learned not to print cards that lock people out of playing the game

BTW with Armageddon&Ravages of War, even if they have artifact mana Lavina will stop them from casting spells!

FormerBalloon: Ya, this is really turning into losefriends.dec and if I turn it into MLD like SynergyBuild said, I think I might not want to play it all that much lol. Only when other people want to play a troll-y game. Might just turn it into full on stax.

It's all about how you play it ultimately, you might throw on or two lock cards in, but only as win cons if you really feel like using them, or say your already super far behind. Depending on how you build it you could just make a good deck with a way to win in a bad spot

It might be a bit expensive mana wise, but Ward of Bones works very nicely with Lavinia as you effectively control when people can play lands which in turn effects when they can play spells.

Aluren, but it doesn't fit your colors, unless you do a "hidden commander." Its also a "may" effect, so probably not worth mentioning.

Spell Queller and Release to the Wind are pretty decent inlusions. Show and Tell also helps get out all these Omen Machines and such much earlier, which might be worth considering.
