Looking for Double Value Cards for The Locust God Wheel Deck

The two, core components of my deck are ramp and card draw/wheel effects, but I'm trying to find spells that fill the aforementioned roles, in addition to protecting myself and my general.

The most relevant examples that immediately come to mind are Mana Drain because it functions as both ramp and a counterspell and Fateful Showdown because it functions as both removal and a wheel effect.

I would appreciate your insights on this subject.

Mind Stone and Hedron Archive come to mind as ramp and card draw later.

Thanks, man. I have those cards, but I honestly didn't consider them. Cards that ramp and draw are perfect.

Commander's Sphere is another, albeit smaller, form of ramp/draw, and if you're in a The Locust God deck, then maybe include the other popular draw commanders, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius. With those, you'd be netting 1 damage, 1 card, and 1 token if you have The Locust God out! There are also quite a few combos with them, such as Curiosity, Tandem Lookout, Ophidian Eye and Mind Over Matter. Though it should be noted that these combos only work infinitely with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind as far as I can tell!

Those are great, too! I didn't really consider card draw auras: they seem fairly overlooked but extremely powerful.

I'll definitely consider the dragons, but speed is an issue in my meta.

Kindred Discovery is a draw engine with Locust God.

Gotta be careful with Kindred Discovery as it's not a "may" ability so you can kill yourself without Lab Maniac.

Cards that I run in my LG deck: Bident of Thassa to make someone attack into locust chumps, which double on your turn.

Nin, the Pain Artist is only ok for targeted removal but can also turn one locust into many.

Exclude and Drag Under are a little pricy, but you get the effect and the card draw.

I also use the artifacts mentioned above, including Dreamstone Hedron.
