I made a brief post on the deck. I don't have much experience playing mill so I didn't have much to suggest past what was already said.
Milling is a tough gig in commander but not impossible. Good luck.

Ummmm... That's very unspecific.
The whole deck maybe? Just kidding, but milling is very underpowered in EDH (it's underpowered anyway, but especially in EDH), as it's usually multiplayer and everyone has 100 card decks (that's a lot of cards bud).
If you want to run Phenax, there's a great strategy where you use Phenax and co. to mill yourself, and then have infinite combos that you can get out of the graveyard to win (or just reanimator I guess).
Eater of the Dead is one such combo.
