Is there an efficient way to play most/all my library in Rakdos colors??

I'm playing Neheb, the Worthy, and part of the challenge is playing a lot of creatures, in spite of all the discard shenanigans.

It's not that he makes for a bad commander, but I think I can still do better.

Depends on what you mean. If you mean "play 99 cards in one game," you need Laboratory Maniac. If you just mean "I'd like to be able to draw a couple of cards every once in awhile because I don't like having only one card available", then I'd suggest the following:

"Impulsive Draw" effects like Outpost Siege. A low mana curve would be ideal, so that your hand IS empty by the time you cast and swing with Neheb. And any cards you can play from the grave, like Flashback/Aftermath/Embalm/etc, will mean what you do discard doesn't go to waste.

Black and Red is 2/3 of storm colors. You may be missing blue, but with Impulsive draw, rituals, Past in Flames and Yawgmoth's Will you should be able to go off pretty well

Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith + Sensei's Divining Top + Mycosynth Lattice. Draw your whole deck and play it for free. Also Vandalblast works nicely with Lattice :P

playing your whole deck is almost exclusively a blue thing, excluding hilarious combos like above. If you would simply like enough card draw to keep up with the discard I recommend looking through this page

https://edhrec.com/commanders/neheb-the-worthy

a number of good options presented there include Waste Not, Avaricious Dragon, Erebos, God of the Dead, Syphon Mind the list goes on.

Some of the better options for you though might be playing straight from the library like Planar Bridge and maybe pick up Words of Waste or Words of War so you are no longer drawing unless you want to.

If you're going for playing you're whole deck and want rakdos IN it, I'd suggest going Grixis. Arjun, the Shifting Flame really helps with that.
