I want to use the new Jace in a Commander Deck

Hey all.
I wanna use the new Jace that makes copies of himself in a Commander deck. I was originally thinking pirates since he fits the theme atleast but I'm not sure if a substantial pirates deck can be built. Any thoughts?
Pieguy396 hm thats an interesting thought. Another thought occured to me though color wise. Would he be good in an edric deck? It would also give him access to green for Doubling Season and an infinite combo.

Yeah, Edric would be the other main option, also giving you access to the obvious Doubling Season synergy.

_I was going to say edric too, though simic ezuri would also be solid, as he likes Jace and allows some good synergies

I would vote simic colors at the very least. His abilities are neat but nothing overwhelming unless doubling season is around or you bounce Deepglow Skate in and out consistently.

I agree about using Edric with Jace. I use an Edric deck myself and when Jace was spoiled that was the deck I immediately thought of putting it in. I have also recently become aware of some other EDH decks that play out just like Edric decks do, but the commanders are one or both of the two partners Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist & Tymna the Weaver. Any deck filled with small evasive threats that are attacking by the time Jace can be cast means you will always get some value. Token decks seem good with him too.
