How to control life loss

So for my B/G EDH deck, I run a Maralen of the Mornsong and I was wondering if there were any cards I could use that would negate the life loss from her ability. I already have a Platinum Emperion but it would be great if I could find another card or two that could work well. Thank you.

You can not prevent that kind of life loss, at least not within my card knowledge. One thing you can do though, is gain life during your upkeep like with Nyx-Fleece Ram, among other things. Check out Stranglehold, as it stops your opponent from searching his or her library. I'm not entirely sure if they'd still lose the 3 life each turn, but they'd definitely not be able to draw cards.

There are so many ways to offset the life loss; Venser's Journal is probably the best one though.

Since Maralen's effect is symmetrical, you could always capitalize off of your opponent's life loss: Exquisite Blood.
And a free tutor every turn is a powerful thing to just hand to your opponents, remember to keep them from just pulling up all their answers: Ob Nixilis, Unshackled
