how to beat Cyclonic Rift?

I have been testing with my captain sisay deck, and I have found that the one card that I absolutely cannot deal with is Cyclonic Rift. any suggestions?
EDIT: Its hard to beat specifically when its overloaded.

Glaring Spotlight could be good, but I'm sure there are better options.

UPDATE; After a short search, the only permanent, viable options I found were Archetype of Endurance or Asceticism, neither are tutorable by your commander though.

Void Winnower (yes, Rift's cmc counts as 2 even when overloaded), Sanctum Prelate, and Iona, Shield of Emeria are probably your best options.

Eerie Interlude should do the job. Everyone else's ideas are pretty good as well.
Atony1400 Hexproof and shroud would not work. Overloading a Cyclonic Rift replaces "target" with "each", so they can still be bounced.

Hall of Gemstone, name green/ white on your turn, then they can't produce the blue they need for the rift (unless they have a mana rock that produces it). Dragonlord Dromoka/ Grand Abolisher are also pretty good.
Edit: Just checked and saw you've already got dromoka

A friend in my playgroup runs Boil in his deck. Although it's more so a middle finger to blue than a direct answer.

Since Rift is way better at instant speed than sorcery speed, play City of Solitude and Dosan the Falling Leaf.

IDK if you've decided on anything yet, but I would also suggest Glasses of Urza. That will help you predict what's coming. I've used it in the past to check on player's hands for counters, wrath, etc.

Yes you can? You have Gisela, the Broken Blade and Bruna, the Fading Light to make Bisela, Voice of Nightmares or even your Iona, Shield of Emeria naming . True it isn't as fast as a instant, but if you know it's coming, it's easy to prep for. For other answers, I recommend Ghostway or Kozilek, the Great Distortion.
