how should i boil some eggs?

Recently I have fallen in love with eggs. I love the interactions and the long turns and the amazing draw power. I am however stuck on the color combination I should use for it. My choices are between Mishra, Artificer Prodigy for grixis and Sharuum the Hegemon for esper. I have been playing glissa eggs but I think adding in a 3rd color will be more advantageous and allow me to use some different eggs.
SO tell me tapped out. what are your thoughts?
I personally prefer Sharuum the Hegemon. I think you'll get more synergy out of her and she also give you a clearer win condition.

I'd like to take the time to point out how pointless Mishra is in commander (even if you are running it solely for the colours, there's definitely better choices).
I say this because if you ever triggered and successfully resolved Mishra's ability in Commander, I would most definitely have to accuse you of cheating :P

Guftders: Actually, mishra decks are quite viable. You use effects that counter spells unless the player pays additional mana. Then you can freely cast through them as you stack the triggers so your artifact spells are countered, then mishra's ability resolves putting the artifact from the graveyard into play. He actually can make quite a powerful stax general. Plus he comes with the bonus that for the same reason, all artifact spells you play are effectively uncounterable.

And sorry, I was getting a bit ahead of myself there. Technically you can counter the spell after mishra's ability resolves.

I'm not generally an artifact person, but this concept intrigues me- I shall investigate this further >:)

Look into cards like Blood Funnel or Possibility Storm. Also, Strionic Resonator + Ashnod's Altar / Krark-Clan Ironworks + Dross Scorpion + Perilous Myr + a counterspell + plus Mishra SHOULD be game ending, though just double check that. Janky as hell I know, but moat of those cards work in the deck by themselves anyway.

After some play testing I've gone with sharuum. Sydri who I absolutely love just goes by provide my decklist with anything but colors. And mishra just seemed too cute and requires another card to be advantageous. And not having white in the deck hurt its mass recursion effects.

Sydri is cool as well. I have a list. Its up to you in all honesty. Whichever you feel more comfortable playing.
