Hello,
I want to make a deck based around Hive Mind, but I don't know what commander or colors to go for. Some candidates are Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis
or Zur the Enchanter. What are your opinions on the topic, and do you people know about any combos with Hive Mind?

You'd need to be playing Orzhov for tutors, and the card itself is Blue, so at least Esper. That does make Zur look enticing, but he doesn't actually have any synergy so maybe Ertai, the Corrupted to counter any spells you don't want everyone to be getting?

The classic win combo is the Future Sight pacts: Intervention Pact, Pact of Negation, Slaughter Pact, Pact of the Titan, and Summoner's Pact. Cast whichever one your opponent(s) can't, they fail to pay the upkeep cost, and they lose. In EDH, there's usually more color variety, but you should be able to take a cheap win over at least one person. Pact of the Titan is probably the least likely to backfire, but I'm guessing at this point.

If you're running the pact combos, I'd also look at Djinn Illuminatus, so you can cast them a bunch, well beyond what you're opponents could pay

Final Fortune/Chance for Glory and a way to not lose on your extra turn or a counterspell for your own original spell after the trigger resolved (the original spell will be on the bottom of the stack, so will resolve last, your extra turn will be first) seems like a hilarious way to win.

Throw in a few cards that give you, the player, hexproof or shroud. Then damn near every attack spells becomes a wonderful thing. Sac spells, direct damage, anything that targets a player instead of a creature.
Massive direct damage to all players with Purity would be fun.

Why not run kalamax, the stormsire? You could build the whole deck around copying spells lol, run Eye of the Storm, Reverberate and the like. Wouldn't be so much about Hive Mind, but it's an interesting build

Death by Dragons is always an interesting social experiment with Hive Mind.
