Help with mono-black Ghoulcaller Gisa deck

Deck is built off of the 2014 commander deck Sworn to Darkness with some changes. Ghoulcaller mono black. The deck is pretty inconsistent, had some games where it ramped up fast and I was able to get a full field of baddies out, and some games where I only had 6 mana and one creature out before I got killed. Any help would be much appreciated!

use a lot of cards with morbid and use cards that let u revive your creatures so that u can sacrifice them repeatedly with ghoul caller gisa and leave the planes walker that came with the deck in it so that u can easily make demons to sacrifice or that is wat I DoD and it seems to work pretty well

If I were you I would go full on Zombie tribal. Keep Gisa as the commander. I would add or keep Endless Ranks of the Dead, Risen Executioner,Cemetery Reaper,Undead Warchief,Army of the Damned,Gravecrawler,Liliana's Reaver,Lord of the Undead,Death Baron,Grave Pact,Dictate of Erebos,Overseer of the Damned,Unbreathing Horde,Geralf's Messenger,Erebos, God of the Dead,Raving Dead,Geth, Lord of the Vault,Shepherd of Rot,Bad Moon,Obelisk of Urd,Coat of Arms
