Help with Locust deck

Hello everyone,I have a deck commanded by The Locust God. I cracked it after an EDH tournament and decided to build a deck around him just for fun. It ended up as a great and super fun deck the only issue I have is that it can be a bit slow but great once it turns on.
I was looking for some card suggestions for my next order of singles.I am already ordering Sol Ring and Rhystic Study so no need to suggest those but other budget friendly suggestions are appreciated.
I posted on your wall, but another fun combo with all your card draw would be Sphinx's Tutelage. While it can be dangerous to give some deck's a big graveyard, it can be an alt-win button and the activated ability is useful too.
