What's a good mono-black commander. I want reanimater heavy strategy (not mikeaus).
Chainer, Dementia Master is the best for reanimation strategies.
Sheoldred is a good card, but isn't that great as a general, as you have to devote a large portion of your deck on getting lots of mana to cast her, when you could use those slots better by focusing on getting big creatures into the yard. Plus, when people see her as your commander they tend to freak out and hold up all of their removal.
She's great as one of the 99 in Chainer though...
Also note that Chainer decks require instant speed sac engines like Altar of Dementia in order to avoid getting nerfed by his exile trigger. (mill yourself)

Seizan, Perverter of Truth makes for a good forcefeed deck: MagicalHacker - Seizan, Perverter of Truth.
Kagemaro, First to Suffer makes for a good boardwipe/control deck: MagicalHacker - Kagemaro, First to Suffer.
Rakdos, Lord of Riots makes for a good aggro cheatyface deck: MagicalHacker - Rakdos, Lord of Riots.
Besides those, meh.

Sheoldred is a great card but I agree, Chainer makes a better general. I've seen many a Chainer deck do ridiculous things...
Also, TheListener696, I'd say Kothophed, Soul Hoarder is worth considering.

Im surprised no one has mentioned Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief, shes great. Ob Nixilis, the Fallen and Rakdos the Defiler are also good.

You could go with Geth, Lord of the Vault. Why only reanimate your stuff? There's also Lim-Dul the Necromancer who can do similar shenanigans.
If you want to head into relatively uncharted territory you could brew something with Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip.

Sheoldred, Whispering One is a Mono-Black Commander with Reanimation built in. The free Edict every turn isn't something to scoff at either.
