help with budget teysa aristocrats deck

I havent decided on a commander yet but to help me decide im trying to create basic deck lists for the 2 commanders im considering, and ill look at them and decide if i like one of them or the vampire precon better and build that.

This will be for my first edh deck and most of my friends will be playing slightly upgraded precons. so its going to be low power level. I plan on spending up to 40$ the price of a precon but i do already have some of the cards.

anyways id like suggestions on the first deck list. teysa's aristocrats
