Help with Budget Lifegain deck

I'm looking to get some help with my Budget Lifegain deck. I'm trying to keep this to a rather low budget, which restricts me from playing many of the good cards that weaponize life gain. What do you think of the deck? What would you suggest to improve it?

Noncreature Removal: 4

Boardwipe: 2

Recursion: 1, didn’t count revival because only 6 targets

First thoughts:

Light on boardwipes, recommend 4.

Well of lost dreams is good draw.

Game plan seems to stall and drain table to death. Recommend sphere of safety, lightmine field, marchesa’s decree type of effects.

Random other recommendations: Pontiff of blight, suture priest, tainted remedy
