Help to Vizier of the menagerie

SO i need help to undestand Vizier of the menagerie
1) You may look at the top card of your library. (You may do this at any time. this means i can look at my top deck card any time i want to. can i also do this right after i draw i start of my turn?
2) You may cast the top card of your library if it's a creature card. so does this mean i can look at my top card at any time i will, but i can only cast it in my main? and i must only cast it if it is a creatur? not an instant ?
3)You may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast creature spells. does this mean all of my lands i have placed, i can choose what they are (mountain, dead ect)? and can i choice what i use when i play a creature?
an example i have thought of is, its my turn, i draw my normal card, i see the top card, with vizier, do i need to play the creature(if it is a creature) right now or can i wait to fx my main fase 2? and when i have used vizier once can i use him again in same turn if i have enough mana to play the new creature at the top of my deck?

Yes you can look at your top card ANY time. Even in your opponents turn and right after your draw.
You can cast the top card if its a creature any time you could cast that creature. For normal creatures that means in your main phases. Doesnt matter if its the first or second main phase. Yeva, Nature's Herald for example could be cast an an instant from top, opposed to a Leatherback Baloth, who doesnt have flash(unless you got a yeva or something that gives flash in play.
Your lands produce still the same mana, but you can use it as though it were mana of any color, for creatures. E.g. you can cast a Llanowar Elves with .
you may also cast several creatures from top if you got the manas.
