Help on a B/W Cult Flavor Deck?

Commander Deck Help forum

So my intention is to use Orzhov, and gameplay mechanics wise I want to use life siphon, sacrifice, enchantments, and necro. The commander for this deck is Athreos, God of Passage, but overall the most important thing I want to build this from is a flavor standpoint. I want to mesh everything flavor wise to a cult theme, things like Altar's Reap, Pious Evangel  Flip, Treasury Thrull (because enchantment necro), and creatures like clerics, zombies, spirits, angel (or demons), or just humans in general. This deck I want to build from the ground up, so any suggestions would be much appreciated, as I need to find every aspect including land to fit the theme. Thanks!

MindAblaze that would work out pretty well. What kinds of demons would run well here? I mean Rune-Scarred Demon and Ormendahl, Profane Prince  Flip were two I considered running.

Harvester of Souls and things like Grim Haruspex and Blood Artist (and the evangel, which you have) work well with continuing to sac apostles, and of course your choice of any high powered demons like Pestilence Demon. Also Rotlung Reanimator and some mass revival like Balthor the Defiled to get your apostles back if they decide to pay life. Thrumming Stone is a given, and for a win con maybe Mortal Combat? As well as your demons of course.

Rune-Scarred Demon for sure. Basically that's a tutor for a win condition so after that it's kind of up to you. Most other demons don't seem to make a huge difference in edh. The "sac a human," demon is fun, but not gamebreaking in a 40 life format.

I like Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip too, but it's not something you can get with Apostles.

And yes, Harvester of Souls is good.
