Help me find good cards for a "make everyone else fight each other" deck

Looking at the new Mathas, Fiend Seeker, I had an idea for a deck with him.
What are some good cards in Mardu to encourage and / or punish infighting between my opponents? Im talking stuff like Fumiko the Lowblood, Boros Battleshaper , even things like Lightmine Field.

Oh yeah, Disrupt Decorum for sure. Also I think the C17 red and black curses seem legit for this build.

Card spewing here but: Rite of the Raging Storm, and Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs. I like to use War Cadence to prevent my opponent from blocking another opponent's onlsaught if it's in my best interest. Still catches people off guard. Glacial Chasm will also make attacking you useless. It's worth the life payment in my experience, and if it gets too costly, or you want to attack, just don't pay the upkeep cost.

Glacial Chasm works pretty well with Solemnity.
War Tax is the opposite effect of War Cadence. It's a pretty big Ghostly Prison if you dump all your mana into it.

All 5 of those new curses are great. Edric, Spymaster of Trest is like the king of that idea but he's not mardu.

War's Toll , Grenzo, Havoc Raiser , Several of the new cards, CHIEFLY: disrupt decorum.... Several curses, especially the new ones heavily incentivize it (I know I swing so much green that the 2 cmc curse of bounty is awfully tempting... Throw in a little bit of pillow fort then you really should last till late game

In addition to the new 5 curses, Curse of Shallow Graves, Curse of Stalked Prey, Curse of Chaos, Curse of the Nightly Hunt, Curse of the Forsaken will all help you out.

Goblin Spymaster is sure to get people swinging, just make sure you have something to hide behind. If you don't mind entering the fray yourself Avatar of Slaughter will also work nicely.

Try Blazing Archon. It's a bit expensive, but it's worth it if you don't want to be attacked.

Dulcet Sirens is the wrong color, but it's so perfect :(
Crown of Doom is fine. You can just have a bunch of cards that say "all creatures must attack" like Basandra, Battle Seraph and Warmonger Hellkite and then have things like Ghostly Prison and Sphere of Safety to force opponents to either pay to attack you or attack someone else.
Also, with the must attack cards, the Vow cycle seems perfect from an older commander set. In your colors they are Vow of Lightning, Vow of Malice, and Vow of Duty.
