Help making budget "Vish Kal's Holy Crusade" vampore/knight tribal

I'm trying to make my first(from scratch) EDH deck, for the league I'm in and casual. I've been wanting to make a holy vampire deck since origins because of Blood-Cursed Knight. That's basically the entire theme, holy vampires. Vish Kal's Holy Crusade(WIP)

Now, we have been using the pre-con commander decks for our league. Our budget is the 30 dollar retail of the deck plus 60 dollars first week. We gain a 12 dollar budget increase each week(six weeks). Also, we can remove cards from our pre-con to add to budget equal to that card's value.

It's including the standard vamp(and some knight) tribal creatures, but I need some help with removal, board-wipes, artifacts, and some enchantments.

Because a lot of the white vampires have lifelink, I would recommend trying to go down a lifegain path. Black and white together can easily make it to 100 health in one game. These decks are also usually super fun to play and are budget friendly.
