Five Colour Angel Deck help

Hey guys,
I've been thinking about making a 5c Angel deck with Maelstrom Archangel as my commander. Seems like a fun idea, but I have no idea where to start (combos? win-con?). Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
What Redace878 said is true... Angels, as you will find, are mostly 90% white and the rest are white/black, white/blue, white/red or just black. You have some rarities in green; that is true true... Your chosen non-legend is of course 5c... The real question is whether the manabase will be worth it.
Angels also have the problem of being mostly expensive creatures CMC-wise, so you will need a VERY strong ramp package as well as early boardwipes to stabilise. I'd say go for it if you want but be wary of the troubles ahead!

victorjyoung As awesome as this would be I truly believe this isn't worth the money to make. A 5c angel deck would be pricey, and in my honest opinion it probably wouldn't be a very effective deck. Unfortunately angels are expensive to play money wise, and mana wise. I think personally anyone who wants an angel deck should start with Red/White. Lots of good Red/White angel commanders. Aurelia, the Warleader, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Archangel Avacyn Flip, and Basandra, Battle Seraph are good commanders. Basandra, Battle Seraph isn't that great but she is unique, and not a common commander so its cool to see new decks with uncommon commanders! Obvious white contains the most angels, and I personally play a Red/White, and Mono-white deck based around mostly Angels since I am an Angel EDH player. Good luck on the deck!! Personally I would try to make a Kaalia of the Vast deck instead with a heavy (or all) Angel theme.
I've always wanted a Maelstrom Archangel deck as well but the non Legendary factor really burns me. I was probably going to go more Combo than Tribal.
I've always wanted a Genju of the Realm deck. Now that would be cool. If your playgroup would allow illegal cards to be the Commander, Genju is a great choice imo.

Well, since Maelstrom Archangel isn't legendary, you would have to check with your playgroup first before playing with it. Aside from that, there aren't many Angels that aren't white.
