First EDH Deck Help

This is going to be my first EDH deck. I've heard a lot about the format from my friends in my 2 years of playing magic, but I've never really got into it until now. I think this can be a really nice deck, but idk if I've made all the right choice. my budget is around $300 excluding cards I already own. The way I started the idea was because I really wanted to play Omnath, Locus of Rage in standard, but the support for it to be competitive just wasn't there. I was watching the halloween episode of SCG's Commander Series and I seen Justin Parnell point out his Crucible of Worlds + Zuran Orb combo and I seen him play many other synergistic inclusions for my deck such as Manabond, Rites of Flourishing, etc. So anyways here's my deck, I'm looking for help anyway I can get it.
