Ezuri, Claw of Good Stuff

Hi Guys! I've built an Ezuri, Claw of Progress +1/+1 counter deck but I'm having issues with consistency and it being a little slow. I don't know whether to go down the Elfball route either! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here's the deck:
