Dragonlord Kolaghan Rebuild New

So I have done a major update on my Red/Black Dragon Deck adding new Dragons, removing some, added another Planeswalker, I would like some opinions and suggestions on this deck. I want to stick with the Red/Black Dragons Theme.

ironmindraph I actually tried Bladewing as my commander and it was far too slow for my deck. I will look into Fervor, but Anger isn't a Dragon and I'd rather stick with more Dragons to the deck.

Well playing Dragonlord Kolaghan will be rather useful against relentless rats. However it will also make you their sole target for sure.
You need to get your dragons down quicker. I would highly recommend Dragonspeaker Shaman and Dragonlord's Servant.
They aren't dragons but they are still on theme.

I'd swap Dragonlord Kolaghan for Bladewing the Risen as a general and put more haste effect enchantment or creature cards such as Anger , Fervor, etc.
