so my friends are making a Rafiq of the Many and Maelstrom Wanderer EDH deck and I need a deck that can go pretty well against those! I was thinking Sen Triplets, but the deck has to be under 150.Because I made a pretty expensive Kaalia of the Vast deck and it just obliterated them every time which wasn't fun.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir is one of the best answers to the cascade ability. You could go mono-blue with him as your commander, or go simic with Momir Vig, Simic Visionary to ensure that you see Teferi most games. Pillowfort strategies can also work well against both Rafiq and Maelstrom Wanderer with stuff like Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, Norn's Annex, and Blazing Archon; playing this strategy usually grants you more control options as well.

And if you just want to out-broken them, spruce up your Kaalia deck or build Riku of Two Reflections.

Yea control seems like the right path. What's a win condition with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir? MY only concern with control is how to win.

Knowledge Pool with Teferi because you're mean.

Vs cascade you should include Nevermore. Try to Stifle the cascade ability

Both of those decks can do lots of things, so it's unlikely anyone here will be able to give you any accurate advise without looking at your friend's decks.

As it is, anything that has good repeatable creature removal is usually best against Rafiq ("attack into me and that creature goes away") and that's usually found in black or white, and anything with good counterspell control usually does well against cascade, and that's found in blue.

So you should probably go with Esper. I suggest Ertai, the Corrupted.
