Critics Wanted for Tasigur Control

Salutations everyone, I have been a Modern Player for about a year and am loving it, however, I am wanting to build a commander deck just for fun really and am in no way looking for my deck to be competitive in anyway, as I already have one for Modern and am just building this for fun and just for casual play. Anyway, I am looking for advice on my deck, The Visions of Tasigur, as I am completely new to commander and have no idea what cards are better in Commander as the only format I've played is Modern. Also, don't get the notion that I'm being lazy and not doing my own research, I just want to have as many critics as possible. I'll still be looking at any other deck lists that use him as their Commander. And if you'd like me to see one to learn from it, that would be great. Thanks.
