Choosing a New EDH

Hello! I've been wrapped up in commander for a couple years now, but I have a LOT of trouble choosing new decks.
I currently play a spell-slinging Mizzix and Landfall Gitrog deck. I'm looking for something with a comfortable mana-base, constant draw power and the ability to not lose value to the graveyard (ex/ casting spells from the graveyard in Mizzix, playing lands from the graveyard in Gitrog).
Please comment! I am very interested in any feedback you can provide.

Could you direct me to a solid U/B deck that meets those criteria? Bruna and Hanna seem a little expensive CMC-wise.

Here (https://edhrec.com/commanders/ub) is a list of all the UB commanders. Unfortunately, most of them are 4-5 mana, with the exception of Sygg, River Cutthroat

I could send one of my decks that I made. It's The Scarab God deck that focuses on his second ability.

What do you think of Gisa and Geralf or The Scarab God? Blue and black have the most card draw, two color mana bases are pretty easy, and they both have graveyard value. If you're not into zombies, Hanna, Ship's Navigator has good recursion, and Bruna, Light of Alabaster fits what you're going for if you want voltron.
