Can't update deck

Have had some kind of glitch that has eliminated several deck features. No edit deck button, no deck cycle button, can't access deck lists, subscriptions/notifications or user profile except from the site home page [oddly the deck search function will still work anywhere]. I've been able to edit my decks by adding /update to the end of the URL but when this happened to me once before, doing an update fixed the deck updated and this time it isn't working.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix?
No, from my old, crappy computer. Have also noticed that cards don't show up on mouseover nor can I post comments on people's decks as the field for posting doesn't show up at all. Can't even navigate away from the site's home page on my wife's old laptop either.... Everything worked fine on the site last week but I think Windows did an update and since then this has been happening.
