Budget help for shu yun

Shu yun's slip-slappin budget beatdownCommander / EDH*

I want to make the most powerful prowess deck I possibly can for $50, with Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest being my general. Right now I have a good draft that I made from cards I have lying around in my collection, and I'm up to $30. I don't know what kind of buffing I could use since I'm not used to playing prowess. I feel like I should add more white bolster in, along with more creatures and maybe more red instants. Can anyone help me exchange some cards in here for good budget alternatives?

What direction should I take this deck? What is it lacking, and what should I keep/remove?

If you do make suggestions, I'd highly appreciate that you let me know what I should remove aswell. I also need help with my mana base, and I know I'm missing Sol Ring

Monastery Swiftspear and Akroan Crusader would be good replacements for Bloodmad Vampire and Amphin Pathmage. Revoke Existence is better than Terashi's Grasp unless you aim for lifegain. You don't have enough Equiments for Strength of Arms so try to replace it with another heroic creature of your choice.
