B/R Commanders for B/R Control (Also Draw)

So I have this really fun R/B deck I like to play but the problem I'm having is on picking a commander.
Kaervek the Merciless is too oppressive and the deck ends up very focused on getting him out and setting people on fire. It becomes very, "Karvek is the deck, also sometimes other things happen sometimes."
Mogis, God of Slaughter doesn't do anything at all, and my build makes him almost never a dude. Useless to me.
Tsabo Tavoc is, well, awkwardly in the middle of the two?
And I'm really trying to avoid getting/playing Olivia Voldaren.
