Best ways to protect your commander in Golgari?

Besides the staples like Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots.
So far I like Blessing of Leeches or things like Broken Fall, Molting Skin, or shrouders like Aspect of Mongoose.
Anybody have any other Golgari cards they like to use to protect your commander?
Alpha Authority and Cauldron of Souls is always fun too, especially in golgari

Umbra work rather well, Bear Umbra, Spider Umbra, Snake Umbra
then artifacts that arnt quite staples like Champion's Helm/General's Kabuto or Mask of Avacyn
and things like Sylvan Safekeeper, Gaze of the Gorgon, Herbal Poultice and Strands of Undeath.

Great suggestions guys! I'm using this for Meren of Clan Nel Toth, and I swear I remember some old enchantment that lets you sacrifice a creature to regenerate another creature but I can't find it for the life of me.
Anybody know what I'm talking about?

For hexproof, I like Archetype of Endurance and Asceticism. For indestructible, I like Darksteel Plate.
And for a less conventional idea, Temur Sabertooth, because some things just can't be regenerated or hexproofed.

Hmm it appears I was thinking of Fanatical Devotion unfortunately. But Dark Privilege may have potential.

Canopy Cover and Asceticism are two of my personal favorites. :)
