I am trying to find some odd or unique loops with Djinn of Wishes for my deck Dream Horizon also am looking for any green blue cards that trigger off "spell" or "cast" mutual exclusivity, or maybe in some hidden way otherwise noted.

I think the best way to use it is scry effects like Serum Visions with Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and the rest of the eldrazi, but I dont think there is any real way to abuse it. Maybe Vorel of the Hull Clade?

It's not in your colors, but Enduring Renewal + Phyrexian Altar + Ashnod's Altar + Djinn of Wishes + Avenger of Zendikar + 11 lands should let you cast your deck. The combo sucks.... but.... it works.

Training Grounds make the ability cheaper
Illusionist's Bracers doubles the ability
Contagion Engine or similar cards to get extra wish counters
Idk if any of these are worth it in a Kruphix, God of Horizons deck

Use Momir Vig, Simic Visionary and only use the green part.

Any ideas for stack manipulation ideas? For flash versatility, maybe something that stacks split second? Stacking multiple triggers with other spells etc.

It's possible to play your whole deck with a infinite mana combo using Inexorable Tide. I believe this works since "play" to me means you "cast" nonland cards revealed? Obviously turning too many lands would ruin your day. So you can use Trench Gorger lol or stack your whole deck using a Proteus Staff including only creatures needed to combo.
It'd be pretty funny to see it go off, but anyway Long-Term Plans, Brainstorm, Mystical Tutor, etc work well for stacking what you need.

Forgot to add, Paradox Engine would go well with djinn. But it goes well with anything so eh.
