Advice on my Alesha EDH deck

Since tiny leaders is dead in my area, i want to turn my Alesha, Who Smiles at Death TL deck into a big boy EDH deck.
I am trying to go aggro with a discard subtheme (maybe Reanimator if i have the room).
The problem is i think i am having trouble getting my mind outta TLs and into EDH mode. I keep wanting to put stuff like Lightning Bolt or Zurgo Bellstriker- which rock in TL but are total trash in EDH.
Here is the decklist (hopefull purged of TL trash),
if anyone has advice, sees something i should cut, or notices something im missing id be thinkful

Not sure if this helps, but here's some bigger critters with power 2 or less :)

Kor Cartographer can only fetch plains and Nezumi Graverobber seems to have no obvious upside.They don't seem right for your deck and you could replace them with creatures that buff your goblins. Creatures with Mana abilities are risky, when you always want to activate Alesha's ability. You definetly should include Master of Cruelties, Solemn Simulacrum, Strionic Resonator. A land you could include is High Market.
