I take responsibility for the front page being a scene of the rain at night if it is for anyone else. It worked last time I changed my background to the art for Reforge the Soul.

I am amazed at how much bootstrap adapted when the background changed several site elements changed as well

Because I love the rain. That's seriously the only reason I was changing the background on my user page to that instead of Reforge.

Probably something about how I didn't close a tag of some sort and the server read it as it was to continue until a stop was found, which it found one on the main page. Or. I could be totally wrong with my very limited knowledge of code.

I'm certain that someone somewhere is taking steps to stop this from happening. It's too easy for someone to exploit this and put porn on the homepage, which would cause the site to be shut down until it gets this fixed anyway.

Humm idk about that. I do agree with the exploitation theory that could become a problem hopefully a site admin is taking care of it. I have some experience with server management but not much.

You intentionally change the front page as a way of abusing the site and we ban you. And I'm not interested in disclosing how it could be done.
I've already stressed to yeaGO the idea that we should limit further what users can implement in certain locations.

Epochalyptik wait so you intend to ban me? i was more or less curios just because i didn't understand how it was possible for this to work. I don't have a reason to want to mess with the front page nor will i ever have one.

No, I didn't want to ban you.
We certainly don't ban people for modifying their own pages or decks. I personally find it obnoxious, but I don't see a reason to consider it a bannable offense. We have, in the past, seen people implement code in such a way as to intentionally alter the home page and comment stream.
And the reason I don't disclose information about how to do it is because I don't want to encourage people to maliciously or ignorantly modify the site because (1) I have to fix it when it happens and (2) I'd rather not deliberate on X cases of such modification. If you're clever enough or resourceful enough to identify how to add backgrounds, and if you use the appropriately, then more power to you.
