This is a comical Thread where I am going to post rulings that an aquintince that always belives he is right. I always call him out when he goes against a rule and no mater what type of proff I give him I am alway wrong. (If this was ever at a tournament I have no doubt that he would be disquallified.
2nd ruling you may play planswalker's negative abilities on your opponents turn as they are instant speed.

Yeah, your friend is wrong on all three counts. Pyromaster's 0 won't let you play extra lands if you've hit your max, planeswalker abilities are sorcery speed, and the only thing that changes about Gods when their devotion isn't hit is their type (they're not creatures anymore).
If this is kitchen table Magic, explain the rules to him. Maybe cite the comprehensive rules? Also, is the wrong play motivated by ignorance or by him just being a jerk to win? I'd suggest no longer playing with him, if it's the jerk reason.

@gufymike that is my question as well..... how he came up with this logic..... and yes... his "rulings" (can we call them that?) physically hurt my brain....

Okay the logic behind the 1rst ruling is the magic golden rule. (In the real world this still does not justify it.) "because it does not say you can't you can." More often the not he uses this to justify his answer I always ask him if he understands the words that are coming out of his mouth. His logic on the 2nd ruling is"Planeswalker abilities are instant speed so he can use them in reaction to other things" He also says that other people that I and him know agree with him (never when they are within ear distance. I usually ask them about it later and they say that they never did such a thing. His logic of the 3rd ruling is that since the god isn't a creature its abilities do not activate.

Domonion surgeon generals warnings: Using these rulings in tounrament play can result in brain cell death, bleeding form eyes ears,and mouth, and general riducle. Nothing about these rulings should be fathomed to be logical

so in his eyes.... how would, say, Zephyr Charge work then? Since it's not a creature.... it's ability cannot be activated, thus making it a 2-drop POS?

@Eric1827: Magic's MO is that players can't do anything that isn't explicitly allowed by a rule or effect. Literally the opposite of what your friend thinks.

You know, it would be quite easy to direct him to the Gatherer rulings.
Chandra, Pyromaster : If you exile a land card using the second ability, you may play that land only if you have any available land plays. Normally, this means you can play the land only if you havent played a land yet that turn.
Every Planeswalker: Planeswalkers each have a number of activated abilities called loyalty abilities. You can activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker you control only at the time you could cast a sorcery and only if you havent activated one of that planeswalkers loyalty abilities yet that turn.
Every God: The abilities of Gods function as long as theyre on the battlefield, regardless of whether theyre creatures.
Chances are there are also official rulings for other false assumptions. Regardless of whether he knows that he's full of crap, that should shut him up pretty quick.

To make you fell beter I showed him Chandra, Pyromaster in the wizards of the coast card database and the ruling about it. He proclaimed that since the ruling was in 2013 that there is no way it could be wrong because core set M14 was printed in january at the same time at born of the gods. Then when I argued when M14 was printed he left the room.

No he specificaly means the circle of protection cards i.e. Circle of Protection: White Circle of Protection: Blue Circle of Protection: Black Circle of Protection: Red Circle of Protection: Green .

New ruling. I had a discusion today with todd and how planswalkers take damage. When I told him how you can redirt burn spell from players to planswalker He told me that I was wrong, but after an outside person told him I was right he gave in. Unforunatly I had to say that when it comes to creatures you have to swing at the planswalker or the player he said that I was wrong and that it would work just like burn spell because "They are the same thing." so I just left.
