Returning cards on TCGPlayer...

Hey all. I recently bought a playset of Marsh Flats at NM. They came in with play wear on fronts and backs with knicks on the sides. To me it plain to see that they're LP. Me and the seller can't come to an agreement on the price, so I am returning them. As far as responsibility, who pays return shipping? I seem to remember somewhere that TCGPlayer puts it on the seller, but I can't find it through google searches. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks!

Wasn't DanBock was it? That guy is the absolute worst when it comes to that. I've bought from him multiple times and every single time he lies about the condition. "Excellent to Near Mint" translates to "Heavy play with frayed edges to maybe Light Play".

No, it's someone different. We're still in disagreement on who is responsible even though I've quoted the policy. About to either escalate to TCGplayer customer service or just keep them and speak my mind with a negative review.
