Hardened Scales Help
Asked by sharkfynn10 9 years ago
I have a creature with two Forced Adaptation on it and two Hardened Scales are on the board. How many counters does that creature get on my upkeep?

Sorry for posting in the wrong spot, sometimes I am blind. I was really hoping you would say six lol, but four works for the combo I am working on. I appreciate the answer.

Actually it is six. I missed that there were two of each enchantment. Each Hardened Scales 's replacement effect will apply to each Forced Adaptation 's resolution.

That is awesome, I was worried I was wrong that is why I asked the question, but six, that is just, wow.

Yeah, it's quite strong. It better be, considering it takes 5 cards to pull off.

Rules questions should be asked in the Q&A, which is linked in the header. I can't convert this thread to a Q&A question, so I'm moving it to BE.
Four. Each Forced Adaptation puts it's own ability onto the stack, and Hardened Scales 's replacement effect will apply to each of those abilities in turn.
