Anyone play Munchkin?

I really enjoy the game, but I'm yet to find the right people to play it with me.
Someone always gets upset at the end if they haven't won.
WRONG!!
The idea is to cause the most disruption throughout the game, winning be damned.
Munchkin felt like a great game, I love the flavor, but that novelty wore off after a few games. All games developed exactly the same way - everyone gets to level 9 and keeps using cards to stop others from reaching level 10. Whomever is on the play when the others do not have enough answers, wins.
Also, we do not play often because one of the players managed to win with the card "divine intervention" which wins you the game instantly and gives the right to mock mercilessly the other players, until someone wins again the same way.

I've played it once. It was entertaining but not my style I guess. I prefer games with more strategy; but perhaps maybe I just didn't know the strategy haha!
