the main reason i dont run Rule of Law / Arcane Laboratory is that if i cast (or re-cast) zur with it out and someone either counters him or targets him with a removal spell like Terminate then i'll be unable to counter their spells. Also if two different opponents decide to take him out at the same time, i can only respond to one of them... Thank you for the upvote!
