The importance of being well equipped for any situation

The main plan for 1v1 and for the early part of multiplayer games is to go full voltron with powerful equipments, targeted removal and wraths to remove blockers, let the damage through, or to increase the damage on the spot.

The Khan

Zurgo provides by itself protection during our turns, which, coupled with his haste, gives us a decent burst potential; sorcery speed indestructability also lends itself to an increased count of wrath effects. The last three lines could as well be flavour text if it weren't for Zurgo's One-Shot.

ZURGO SMASH!

The Arsenal

The weapons, armours and consumables in our arsenal are chosen for one of the following benefits.

Blessed be the ones who forged the mighty Swords!

The Smiths (Equipments payoff)

Empty would be our khan's armoury if it wasn't for our skillful smiths, proficient stoneforgers, and steelshapers extraordinaire.

Red and White can function almost as good colours as long as we restrict ourselves to equipments:

Supporters

One last paragraph is to be spent on the supporting cast, Godo, Bandit Warlord + Slayers' Stronghold give an additional skirmish per battle.

Aggravated Assault alone does the same, and with Sword of Feast and Famine can end the game on the spot.

The importance of having a nice following

We're in lategame, at this point we haven't won with commander damage, something must have gone awry, Zurgo finally rests and his armours, shields and weapons lie unused.

The silver lining on the idle Zanbatō is that the horde lives on, a plethora of underlings ready to get a hold of his metallic legacy.

Our colours provide the best goblins the world can offer:

Token generators in Mardu Ascendancy, Rise of the Hobgoblins, Krenko, Mob Boss and Boggart Mob.

Card advantage with Skullclamp, Dark-Dweller Oracle, Grenzo, Havoc Raiser, Goblin Recruiter + Goblin Ringleader and Vanquisher's Banner.

Go wide aggro potential with said token generators, Warren Instigator and a good chunk of tribal Lords.

Officials from the Khan's Retinue, Goblin Engineer, and the infamous mass destruction duo Ankle Shanker + Goblin Sharpshooter complete our hairy picture with a bang.
