Zurgo might be the Commander, but the real star is his dollies, which he loves to play with: Stuffy Doll, Creepy Doll, and Brash Taunter, who is basically a goblin doll, and then of course there's his subordinates that he treats much like his dolls: the Truefire Captain, the Stormwild Capridor, etc. All are just dolls for Zurgo to play with via Deafening Clarion, Inferno, etc. He's rough on his dollies, but they're (mostly) built to take it.

Best of all is that Zurgo is very generous as far as orc warlords go: he wants everybody to get to play with his dollies, and there's ample effects that compel people to do so! Pariah's Shield, Pariah, Gideon's Sacrifice, Martyrdom, etc will make sure that people who are too shy still get to play with his collection.

Of course, a boy as rambunctious as Zurgo needs more toys than just action figures; he needs swords and other gear to play with when his friends come over, so he has an ample supply with Embercleave, Sword of Sinew and Steel, Shadowspear, etc, which gives a more standard "swords and boards" approach to him.
