I've taken suggestions and inspiration from the many Zur Commander decks out there, to put this together. While the non-land cards are among the usual run of Zur cards, minus some of the most expensive ones, the land base is much different, as this deck is built on a budget. I'm not a competitive player and have traditionally traded/sold dual-lands and planeswalkers to fill my collection with solid uncommons and other cards with which to build. This works well within my play group, who also try to maximize fun and minimize spending.

I would appreciate any deck feedback, but in particular am interested in what suggestions you have for mana fixing on a budget; without 'comes into play' untapped dual lands and other pricey lands or mana artifacts.

How would you make this the best deck possible without putting its value over $100?
