I love the Conspiracy effects and with the new printing of Arcane Adaptation it is much easier for a BU deck to have it's effect. The deck functions to have a definitive wincon with your graveyard and be resistant to a exile graveyard effects. Use phyrexian altar for Sac win cons, use mindcrusher for mill win con, use Ulamog for a board wipe wincon, and many others. There is cards that are used in here to ensure that a one time removal card blows it out of the water. The deck is not a traditional tribal because of the Conspiracy effects that allows your commander to join the horde!
