EXTREME BUDGET Zombie deck. Use Rotting Rats / Delirium Skeins for some discard so Blood Scrivener will trigger. Bone Splinters for control and to put counters on Quest for the Gravelord. Creatures are all Zombies so we can bring them back from our graveyard to our hand with Ghoulcaller's Chant / Ghoulraiser. Here's a basic skeleton to build off:
Creatures:
4x Rotting Rats (It's a Zombie with discard and Unearth)
4x Ghoulraiser (Since we have Zombies, he's a better Gravedigger)
3x Blood Scrivener (Zombie, and card draw)
4x Liliana's Reaver (THIS CARD! Discard, Zombie token generator, AND Deathtouch!)
4x Unbreathing Horde or Diregraf Colossus (Cash in on those Zombies)
Sorcery:
4x Ghoulcaller's Chant (I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS CARD ENOUGH. Return two Zombies for 1 mana)
4x Bone Splinters (Creature removal / Quest for the Gravelord enabler)
4x Duress or Delirium Skeins (With Bone Splinters you don't really need something like Despise)
Enchantments:
4x Quest for the Gravelord (Gets you a 5/5 Zombie token easy)
Land:
22x Swamp (Don't need anything fancy)
Maybeboard:
3x Gray Merchant of Asphodel (It's pretty strong, and it's a good card if you're on a budget. It can do a lot of Damage, and you can use Ghoulcaller's Chant or Ghoulraiser to cast it twice)
3x Risen Executioner (The most budget way to buff your zombies)
4x Butcher Ghoul (Undying Zombie, makes for some Sacrifice fodder)
2x Diregraf Ghoul (1 drop 2/2 Zombie)
??x Returned Centaur, Returned Reveler, Crow of Dark Tidings, Wailing Ghoul, and/or Necromancer's Assistant. If you want to fill up your Graveyard. If you go this route, maybe use cards like Diregraf Colossus, and consider a few Crypt of Agadeem if you have some high cost spells in the deck.
