Hello and welcome!

I call this the "Shoryuken" because I imagine Zirilan punching with a dragon fist when it casts a dragon from the deck with haste.

Dumb references aside, this is an attempt to be a budget dragon tribal build. I personally dislike the dragon tribe, as they have little synergy, and cost tons of mana, with little protection from removal and board wipes.

Zirilan pretty much fixes all of my problems in one effect. It reduces all of their costs to (essentially) 3 CMC, casts them from the library, and kills them once their usefulness has ended (One attack). I've placed several sacrifice outlets to avoid their exiling, and Feldon is here to make them useful once more! There are plenty of copy effects to make the reanimation even more bonkers, and when tied with a dragon that can make extra tokens, things can get out of hand quickly.

I ran as many cheap(ish) wheel effects as I could, to help dig for the token / reanimation engine, while also loading the graveyard with targets.

I really want to slim this deck down to the cheapest it could possibly be, while keeping the more expensive (and arguably better) cards in the maybe section for later upgrades down the road.
