This is a total troll deck but the goal is still to win (so don't pass them my Iron Maiden + Phyrexian Processor + Fevered Visions). The goal is to hand my opponent cards that only hinder their progress (Embargo) or cancel themselves out due to my lifegain. This Deck is meant to be truly budget so I am trying to keep all the cards pretty cheap. The primary goal is to slowly burn my opponent (or just annoy them to death).Since I am running a lot of artifact cards I thought it would be good to run Prototype Portal to place copies of cards such as Ichor Wellspring + Servo Schematic + Sorcerous Spyglass and then give them over to the opponent. Angel of Condemnation is there to get your creatures back (if you want). Delusions of Mediocrity + Illusions of Grandeur are fun to hand to your opponent.
